How does it feel compared to the other leg.

If it is a slipped tendon, you should be able to feel the difference when you feel the same parts of both legs.
If you do feel a tendon out of place, you can sometimes gently roll it back into place as you gently straighten the leg. Other than that, perhaps gently working the leg into position a little at a time may help. (I am saying gently a lot because ducklings' legs are fragile)
I have a duck with that condition that was not corrected. Her vet said it was something easily fixed, but at the place she was hatched, she was one of many many others and it was not taken care of.
