Duck with peck's in feet

Hi, I have a female mallard duck that lives w/2 Rhode Island Reds (females) and 2 others that I think are Worthington's (1 rooster & 1 hen), my duck has peck holes in 1 foot. She seems ok but has stopped laying eggs. Is this something that I should worry about? If so what should I do? Thanks.

Yes, I would worry about that. I'd take the duck in, clean it up, put some neosporin on it and wrap it in vet wrap. Change it every other day until healed. You may want to think about separating them if it's an option.
