Duck with slipped tendon on leg

Thanks for the suggestion of pain management. The vet did not mention it so I will be sure to ask her. I did notice that his leg seems to be getting worse--he's using his beak to hobble--a new development. Sadly...It almost feels like maybe he's gotten too heavy for his one leg.

Hi! I know you wrote this a while ago, but how did things end up with Jumper??? I have a three week old duck I think has the same issue. I have posted videos recently, if you are interested in seeing and I would love to hear your opinion as it sounds exactly like your Jumper. I want my little Penelope to be okay but I am worried about her quality of life.
