That's great she ate. When they are feeling so good warm water mixed into their feed to make it soupy will sometimes entice them to eat or rather drink their feed.
Sounds to me she may have slipped tendons [Perosis] when she was little and it was never corrected. I could have been an injury but usually when they can't straighten their legs normally it may be perosis.
