Duckling’s Head Keeps Drooping

Don’t know if you can see it from the picture. He can hold it up but then just lists to the side for minutes at a time. This started sometime today.
It doesn’t seem to be thriving in general either. It’s only half the size of its sibling ducking.

Have been giving nutritional yeast via dropper, about .50mL every few minutes. So it’s probably had about 2 mL so far.

It also seems to be breathing fairly heavy even compared to the more active duckling.
