Probably wasn't any need to worm her at her age. Did you notice her asperating?
You really need to get the other ducklings on some type of niacin either plain niacin [not time-released or flush free] or Nutritional yeast. feeding chick crumb they are not getting near enough niacin which is very important to their health.

I know what it's like to try all you can & still lose a troubled duckling. Sounds like you did what you could. I'm very sorry!
