duckling advice needed please

i bought 2 ducklings for my dad last week. one mallard and one rouen. the rouen is pretty well tempered but that mallard HATES me. i tried peas, i've tried cuddles, i've tried being level with them so i'm not the "big bird" and this duckling still hates me. any advice?? i also have a muscovy duckling who loves me. everytime i go pick up the mallard (fruitloops) it screams bloody murder.

i'm used to duckies loving me, not hating me. your advice is greatly appriciated!!

Have you ever held all three at the same time?? Some ducklings will not like being held when on their own...but if you hold another duckling at the same time it is a lot calmer. Try holding two or all three at the same time on your lap and see if it makes a difference.
