Duckling and poop

I recently rescued 2 ducklings, they just turned a week old. They are eating, drinking and swimming fine but one keep having poop problems. The second day we got them he was backing up and didn't poop for a few hours, but then things sorted them selves out. Today I noticed he has the same problem, he hasn't poop in 4 hours. Could there be something wrong? What can I do?

He also has much quicker breathing than the other.

He's started to poop but just a clear watery substance. Better than nothing.
