dumor chick starter, I’ve started adding poultry nutri drench and giving her vitamin b complex

You are the second person this week that has a sick duckling that is feeding Dumor. May I suggest that you return the bag and get some Purina Duck or Flock Raiser instead?

Sure hope it does. Just don’t force this down the throat tiny drops let the duckling swallow then another drop till dose is given. @casportpony can give directions on tube feeding also.
