Duckling attacked by ferret, what are these noises?

My duckling got attacked by a ferret about 4 days ago. She's got air bubbles under her skin and is making "snoring" noises. I got penicillin and needles but do you recommend I give them to her? She's acting better everyday but she still has different noises and I not sure what to do about the air bubbles. I can't upload a video but I'll post a link to a YouTube video of her when she's excited/angry ( changed cages) and when she's just in her cage. I'm worried she's hiding the seriousness of her situation. She could just be in pain.
