Another possibility is botulism. It can have a range of severity, but limpness is the main symptom.

I would keep track of how much the duck is eating and drinking. Ducks need a lot of food intake, especially when they are young. They can go down hill quickly and have a lot of those symptoms when they are starting to starve and are dehydrated. Sometimes tube feeding can get them through times like this. I wouldn't do it yet necessarily. Since the duck is having strength issues, I would have the supplies on hand at least. They are not always easy to find. They are good supplies to have on hand whether you need to use it or not right now. Here is a link to it just in case.
