If she is eating, drinking, pooping, acting normal I would not do a flush because they can get dehydrated and their electrolytes can become unbalanced. That's my feeling.

And if you did not see her eat it, she may have hidden it.

Grit like crumps I meant the bread crumps.. I gave them the real grit.. both of them started to flush out.. haven't found anything still

Glad to hear they are still acting normal. Just keep a close eye on them. Hopefully they will be fine. Bread crumbs isn't good to use as grit. Grit is like crushed stone that they can use to grind up their food they eat. I am happy to hear you found some real grit.
