Duckling Clicking Noise

Hi there, I have a duckling about 3 weeks old that is making a clicking noise. It sounds like it is coming from his beak but is sometimes rhythmic as if it is happening when he is breathing. I haven't noticed and strange behavior changes but I'm worried he is sick. Please let me know if anyone knows what this is!

Could you get a video? That will help us a lot to tell what could be wrong.
Are his nostrils clear and can he submerge his whole bill into water?

Yes like @Tookie says , please try to make a video- and make sure your ducklings Water is deep enough for them to dunk their whole bill and face into it and they clean out their own nostrils/nares that way. And they keep their eyes clean that way too., what kind of waterer are you using?

My duckling is having the same problem and she’s also picking at her neck to a point where it’s just bare skin I attached a picture of her neck. I’m taking her to an avian vet this week but they were closed today to be able to schedule something so I’m hoping they have availability for the earliest. Her breathing is also kinda heavy, I’m guessing it’s a respiratory infection (possibly bacterial). I even gave her Vetrx but after I gave it to her was when the plucking started so I stopped giving it to her cause it made me nervous that’s what caused the plucking in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Aw, poor thing! I'm so sorry! I hope you can get into the vet soon.
I'm honestly not sure what I would do.
A respiratory infection makes sense, and in that case antibiotics would need to be given.
Is she acting normal?

She’s been running around and cuddling up to the other duckling that’s in there with her. I had to separate one of the ducklings from the two because I noticed he was pecking at the pekins neck and the other golden I have in there. But my pekin Lucy (the one in the pic) eats a lot and drinks a lot so I’m glad that isn’t an issue. It’s just the sneezing, mouth breathing, and clicking sound that comes from her, worry’s me the most. Along with the feather pulling.

Also, I do keep a camera next to their brooder that follows them when they move and it’s always on so I can check up on them when I’m at work or if no one is home for a period of time (a couple of hrs). But I feel like I’m constantly worried and nervous that she’s not gunna pull through so I’m just always watching her even when I’m in the other room

Okay, she sounds like she's acting fine, which is great!
I wonder why she's pulling her feathers. What's her diet?
Also is the brooder dusty at all or anything?

I completely understand that. Whenever I have a sick chicken, I feel the exact same way and constantly check on them. I'm sure your little ducky will be alright, it doesn't sound like she's doing too badly.
