When ducklings go from the peep sound to either their raspy drake or quack they sound really weird
My boys sound like they have a frog in their throats and my girls sound high pitched
I bet your little one is starting it’s voice changing
Glad to hear you got everything sorted out with feed and water.
These little ones sure give us scares a lot.

He most likely will be fine. You can post a video of what you are hearing. I would suggest short little bath to help clean his nares out. But it is also possible, that it is just his voice starting to change. It can happen at a lot different ages.

I can't get a video of it today but I can try tomorrow. Hes been cleaning his eyes and nares out a lot. He had a bath last night and swam under the water in circles about 7 times lol. I think his voice is just changing but I'll get a video tomorrow.

That is good to hear. Some ducks are not as good as cleaning their nares, except when in a bath. It sounds like it is just it's voice changing then.
