We have four 2.5 week old grimaud pekins from Metzer hatchery. One of them, we noticed today, has one of her ears exposed?
On only one side of her head, her ear hole is exposed. She is not lethargic, seems completely normal and healthy and as crazy as usual, eating/drinking normally, doesn't seem to be in any pain...but that one ear is "out". Anything I find online relates back to neuro issues, wry neck, etc...and I don't think that's it.
Is it just the down>feather transition? Or something to keep an eye on? He was swimming when we saw it...was he just wet?
Any ideas?
Thanks!
