Duckling eye infection/blind?? Help!!

Yesterday I thought my little dude was goner but he's pulled threw and is back from the grave after being attacked by 3 other ducklings. Noticed his eye looked not good yesterday but he's progressed so much, however his eye has done the exact opposite. Im not sure if there is anything i can do. He keeps scratching it to make matters worse. Any advice would be helpful

Honestly I haven't done anything for his eye. I've been afraid to do the wrong thing and make it worse. Yes he does have water and had a shower today but that's been the extent of anything. I did find the post though so I will try to get done tomorrow. Would Neosporin suffice now? Till I can make it to there it will that make the scratching worse? A dog cover would be great but idk how to find one so small or if that would be bad to do?

Do you have saline solution? You could rinse it with that.
