duckling eye infection?

Hello, this is my first time having ducklings. I have 2 week old khaki cambells, they are doing well, very active and eating and drinking a ton. I change there water twice a day and today I noticed one of the ducklings eyes were a little shut. Upon further inspection I noticed that she has a little growing on her inner eyelid. I included a picture of it. It moves when she blinks and her eye is kind of watery too. If you have any in sight as to what it could be, any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Possibly she got pecked by another’s Bill? You can try saline eye wash or if you have it some Terramycin eye ointment, Veterycin spray for infection an sounds. Even neosporin will work in a pinch see how any of these do.

Thanks for checking in, i got the medicine and have put it on her 3 times so far. No change as of yet

Good news I have been putting the ointment on and today the redness has gone away and the inflammation has gone done some. Thanks for the help!
