duckling fell and can't move!

I was holding my ducking and he jumped out of my hand and landed on his back. he's only a day and a half old I picked him up immediately and he seems out of it. it's been 3 hours and he still can't move his head and he curls himself up like this. will he make it?

Can it move at all? Is he making any sounds or having trouble breathing?

He's had a serious blow. Keep him at the proper temperature, about 85 to 90F, hold him carefully and see if he will drink a little water if you hold a cup of lukewarm water up to his bill. Don't put the whole bill in the water, just see if he can sip a little water. Maybe dribble a couple of drops onto the end of the bill.

If he can take water, then I would get some Sav-A-Chick and add that to the water, and give it to him carefully.
