Duckling foot burned

Hello, my duckling burnt both his feet. At first I saw blister formed and the vet prescribed a topical ointment. But now I’m seeing that it’s foot are getting black towards the end. I’ve been doing everything as said by the vet with it’s topical treatment & antibiotics. I’m just unsure if this means her toes will just look function or if there’s hope. And what is I need to do if there a chance of saving her toes.

Are you applying the silvadene cream twice a day? It may be that the burn is becoming more defined. I would soak the feet twice a day in Dial soap and warm water, then apply the cream afterward.

Yes I have been, as indicated. Do you think it’s just irreversible damage? I’ve been doing warm water with epsom salt, but I will try Dial soap. Thank you
