Duckling hatched with leg going backwards.

Hey! How can I help this little dude? His foot is going backwards.

I've done splints for splayed legs in the past with great success but with the angle of this leg I'm not sure how to do it.

Poor little guy! I do not know much about ducks but I had a cat that had kittens and one of them had a leg turned backwards like that. We would massage the leg to relax it then we would twist it back around GRADUALLY. We would do this several times a day until it straightened out. The cat had no problems after. Good luck!
