If a vet is not an option, try to get the tongue back up into the bill where it belongs. A small piece of medical tape on the bottom of the lower bill will hopefully keep everything in place temporarily. Babies grow fast. Hopefully that hole will fill in and it is not a severe deformity.

Will it hurts to try and get the tongue back in there? I just don’t want to let hurt it.

She did drink a little when I put her beak in water. I put her beak in some crumbles also earlier and she seemed to eat the little bit ok. She was drooling a bit though earlier. I appreciate the advice and help so much. Makes me so sad.

Go easy on the feed since she's young. Giving her too much feed/water, can cause drooling, aspiration, and over regurgitation of the feed.
