Duckling hatching

we are waiting for our 4th of July baby to hatch. First time doing this, first crack yesterday and now it seems stalled. Do we need to intervene?
I read it is a slow process but just want to make sure.

we are waiting for our 4th of July baby to hatch. First time doing this, first crack yesterday and now it seems stalled. Do we need to intervene?
I read it is a slow process but just want to make sure.

What breed of duck is it? Give it at least 48 hours, it may not hatch today. Probably will hatch overnight or tomorrow. What day is it on? Have you checked the temp with a calibrated thermometer? How many eggs are you incubating?

Hi! It’s a pekin, it’s in day 28 and the temp and humidity is monitored. We have two eggs. Thank you!
