duckling help

i just hatched 11 baby ducklings!!!!! there is a problem with one of them... she is smaller length wise and his butt is off to the side... she has trouble pooping.. she can poop when she is in water... i guess it is easier.... this is my first hatch and i dont know what to do.... please help

I am not seeing anything out of the norm in that picture. place the duckling in the brooder with the others and take a few pictures that way. Holding won't show the natural lay of the body.

i cant do it now because she is all wet. my father has her in the tub.... i am going to get them out.... he doesnt know they can get water logged and i dont want to take a chance
