I'm going to go out there tomorrow morning with a cup of coffee until I can identify something! They're just so quiet compared to my chickens!

Try herding them into a small pen, and picking up each one, that'll make them talk.

Updated duck pictures! Thank you everyone for all your help. Any guesses on the sex of any of them yet? I haven't heard any quacking yet though! They really are a godsend in this quarantine cuz they always make you laugh.

Hmm, if they're old enough that your mallard's bill is turning greenish and you don't hear those loud quacks yet, I think you've got all boys.
Mine were just over two months old here - middle one was a boy, other two were girls, but I had known that for a few weeks at that point thanks to their loud quacking, lol (the one in my video is on the far right). The girls' bills are always orange; boys' bills turn a yellow-green, even when they're in eclipse plumage and look like a female otherwise.
Don't think the other two have an obvious visual tell yet - the buff will have a gray head in a few weeks if it's a boy, and the curled drake tail feathers will appear on all around that time too.

Or carry one just out of sight of the others - I remember the first time one quacked, she had fallen off the couch where we were all sitting, lol, and the first time another quacked the others had jumped up the steps and gone inside the house without her.

Sorry it's been awhile since I replied but I've been doing whatever I could get them to quack and it just isn't happening. They are around 12 weeks old. Could you please look at the updated pictures? Thank you so much!

The mallard is definitely a boy, and it looks like the Buff's head is turning gray, which means boy also. If the Pekin sounds about the same as them, then you've got 3 handsome boys.
