My duckling Moxy did something similar a month ago. She was drinking water and Norie ran up behind her and body checked her into the waterer to get her out of the way. I mistakenly assumed they couldn't get in because the hole was smaller than they were - I forgot to account for the fact they are 80% fluff at that age.
Moxy kinda freaked and I had to pull her out. The later that day I found her inside the waterer again and she was bathing!
I caught her running out of the waterer a couple of times over the next couple days. Each time she was trying to play it cool and act like she wasn't in there.
Fortunately they grow like weeds at that age and in a few days she physically couldn't get in anymore.
I really wish I took a picture of it, but I was too worried she'd get chilled (only a week old at the time). We do however have a picture of Victor in the garbage can after he managed to fall in it...
