my smallest duckling lays down very often when the others aren’t. but when the rest are running around playing she follows and runs and plays along with them. she sleeps the most and she’s the cuddliest. is that normal? nothing seems to be wrong with her other wise... i’m just a little concerned.

As long as she's eating, drinking and pooping good there is probably no problem. Plus shes running around with the rest of them too. She just might need the extra rest because she's so small. I'd say to start worrying if any of that changes.
okay thank you so much! i just worry i lot. i love them so much.

Laying down frequently and stunted growth may be a sign she is deficient in niacin, what breed is she, and what are you feeding?

How old are your ducklings and what kind? I love that you love them so much - that's just how I felt about my ducklings last spring.
they didn’t say their age but they’re pretty young. i’m pretty sure they’re pekins, but the place we got them said there were runners mixed in and they couldn’t tell them apart so i might have some runners too. here’s some pics.

she’s a pekin, we’re feeding them chick starter, the people at the store recommended. the name is Nutreana Naturewise chick starter grower feed
Is that chicken being housed with the ducks? Or is that a quail?
they’re guineas

You should start dosing with vitamin B complex to be on the safe side. See Isaac O's post on niacin deficiency. Pekins are especially prone to this issue and it can cause debilitating effects.
