Duckling legs

I have some 3-4 week old ducklings and i just noticed that one keeps walking on her own feet, has trouble walking forward, has knotted-looking knees, and bowed legs. I've heard I'm supposed to tape her legs together, but this is my first time with ducklings and I don't know how to do it. Also, I don't want to hurt anything. They are currently eating 20% non-medicated chick starter mixed with raw rolled oats. (About half-and-half) I've also heard something about niacin deficiency so I don't know if that could be the reason....? (Sorry, no pictures with this post, I'm having trouble uploading them.)

You might want to start giving some vitamin B complex tablets crushed in the food to help replace niacin. 1/4 tablet for each duckling would be good. Cut out the oats as well, since they need the balanced diet of the chick starter.
