Duckling looking rough

I have 3 pekin ducklings about 2 weeks old. One of them seems to have been roughed up a little overnight. They all seem to be acting normal, I haven't noticed much of them picking on eachother. I'm not sure if this is part of them losing feathers (though I think it's too early for that) or if I need to be concerned. I picked up some Microcyn spray from tractor supply and sprayed the spots. I included pictures from before and after I sprayed, and of them all snuggled up cuddling while I'm typing this Hoping for more insight into what I can do, if I need to do anything. Thanks!

They were probably bullying the duckling and pulled feathers out. Just watch them and if it continues, separate them hope that helps!
