duckling not walking oor standing

My ducklings started hatching today. (My first time) so far there are only three.Two are doing great! My third one is lethargic and cannot walk. He kind of bubbles around to get to where he wants to go. I have gotten him to drin. I am worried about this little fellow.
While he was Finnishing his hatching his two siblings walked all over him and I think he came out early. Any advice from veteran duck owners?
I forgot to mention this little guy was upside down and shrink wrapped. He recieved help from the mamma duck who we brought in. She wouldn't sit but was interested in her ducklings. I hope it was interest.

I would give him some time, perhaps get some sav-a-chick or gro-gel to give him a boost.

Little Duck is doing well. He tuckers out before the others, but he is doing great.

We have a new duckling! 4 eggs left. It is so exciting!
