Duckling pecking at unhatched sibling in incubator!

Is this a good or bad thing? The unhatched egg is kind of side zipped? he can get his beak through but his body is mostly still inside. The other one hatched last night and is now pecking/pulling at the other.... should I move him? Let him help??

It's normal, but of your too worried you could separate them.

yep, you could really quickly take the hatched chick out and add water...its fine to do it really fast
