Duckling pipped with brain showing

Do I just let this poor baby chill until it dies OR can I actually sucessfully fix this baby? its the only one that's pipped... the other one pipped and died (and was fine mind you)... this one is fine except for the obvious brain sticking out the back... its' encased in the membrane,....if it hatches CAN I get the skin around it to cover up the brain? Just really upsets me to cull it but if theres NOTHING that can be done I'll have to do what I have to do...but i wanted to take a stab here see if anyone has any experiences with this.

I wouldn't think there is much you can do fix the problem. Is it a crested breed?

I know it's not a fun thing to do, but I think I'd cull. That is the reason I won't have anything crested. Sorry.

I had no clue about this issue until today and its a VERY NOT fun way to find out.
