Duckling Poop - advice please!!

We have a native Pacific Black duckling (we believe) that hatched with assistance 36hrs ago. It was the only survivor....
It has been eating - watered down Chick Starter food and drinking water with a bit of sugar and some chopped lettuce. It is active and very alert.

It has pooped twice in the last 12 hours - both times it seems to scratch at it's tail end with beak a few times and then does a small dark poop - it's wet but not very sticky. Is this normal?

First duckling poops are usually dark and watery. Last of the yolk digestion. I would think about getting some duckling or all flock starter instead of chick food and not feed greens for the first week. But I'm completely unfamiliar with this breed of duck. A stuffed for company could help.
