duckling pooped inside egg HELP

I have 2 ducklings that pipped their eggs, but have yet to get further. It has been a bout 24 hours and one duckling has pooped inside the egg. What do I do?

I have 2 hens and these 2 ducklings. Im going to get a drake as my Sweedish boy won't breed them cause they wont go in the water

I had a Swedish boy but he was an a** to my ducks
