Duckling scratching ground like chickens

My duckling scratches the ground under the water as the chickens do.

He scratched the ground twice, before I ran out of battery.




Any of your ducks do this?

I know he is looking for food. I think it is a strange behaviour for duck to scratch ground for food and I thought about sharing it with you people.
