Duckling shaking, having a tough time walking?

I’d give it at least a week maybe longer since the little one is doing so well other wise. Is there swelling in the legs? When they are already having trouble it can take a while to see changes. How long has this been going on?

This has been going on since wed night/thurs morning.

Legs are not swollen... actually they seem skinny compared to the other duckling, although nothing drastic. I did compare their legs and nothing seems off at all?

I’m in no rush to make any decisions! And will give it lots of time! It’s just hard to see if it’s suffering at all. It sure doesn’t seem it! Other than it’s issues it appears to be a very happy little duckling!

However I really don’t want it to live forever crippled unable to walk either :( that seems sad...

Yes it is sad so just let it play out and hopefully the b complex will kick in. Can you video what this little one does to try and walk? The fact it’s spunky and doing all things ducky gives me hope. I sure hope you begin to see changes!

Tomorrow morning I will post one up :)

@Miss Lydia here was tonight’s swim. Spazz is the one that never stops moving. He doesn’t sink, but you can see something is so different about him but he/she is so cute and obviously enjoying themselves despite it all!

In the first video towards the end Spazz even pauses and scratches it’s head so the legs do work?
