Duckling Stuck??

Hi!

do we assist in this situation or the duckling is still absorbing. Duckling freed itself from the shell the middle of the night but still has this going on.

Duckling moving, breathing, chirping but tired...obviously.

NEVERMIND! The duckling hatched completely.

Sorry no one got to answer your post! Often they do this when they break out a little early and are still absorbing. Usually when they’re truly stuck, you’ll notice them struggling or getting really weak. You did the right thing and just had patience, as rushing in too fast can cause more harm then good. Glad it fully hatched successfully
