Hi. Hoping to get some help please. I have a Brinsea Advance Maxi II with 2 Saxonys and 4 Indian runner eggs. 24 hours ago 3 ducklings hatched and are doing great, but now on day I think 30, 3 eggs remain unhatched. 2 have minimal tiny holes but have not significantly changed. Interesting all 3 unhatched are on one side of the incubator. They now have ducklings sat on them!
My query is should I remove the ducklings now after 24 or leave another 24 hours to give the others a chance? I’m worried about messing with the conditions by opening the incubator. Also, should I be doing anything to assist the last 3? I’ve read ducklings can take a while but seems strange to have such a difference. When candled all 6 were alive and developing until lockdown. Thank you 🙏

I'd wait another 24 hours since a couple have pipped (made a hole). Ducklings can live in the incubator for up to 3 days, as they absorb their yolk internally. Having them in there might also stimulate the unhatched.

If it comes to a point where you feel they'll need help, here's a great article on how to assist: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/
