duckling stuck

I have a duckling 2/3rds the way out, I have helped by chipping away at the shell and moistening the membrane, I see alittle blood and it is moving alot but seems to be stuck at the bottom, whats the next step or just leave it alone

Leave it alone, don't touch the shell again of you see blood. They take much longer than chickens to hatch, and don't just pip and zip and get out. They also take longer to get their feet under them, so do not be surprised of it just lays there when it finally does hatch.

Welcome, waterfowl are nothing like a chicken to hatch. Darn things just flat out take forever to get around to hatching.
