Duckling Walking Backwards

I noticed today that one of my ducklings has been getting up, waddles backwards low to the ground, sits for a second then seems to snap out of it and run back to his siblings.
Any thoughts as to what could be wrong?
I keep their brooder very clean and change their water pretty much whenever it gets too dirty.
The shavings I have are a bit dusty so I will be changing that tomorrow.
The duckling looks and behaves normal other wise and eats and drinks normally, he's almost a week old.
I do still have to add additional niacin to their food...could this be my problem a deficiency? I'm just having a hard time sourcing something suitable where I am. So I am going out again tomorrow to a few more places.

I'm worried about the little fella!

Some of mine have done that when they are getting ready to poop but sometimes they don't poop.

Mabye he cant poop?

if he cant then check that his butthole isnt crusted over. crusty buttholes are called pasty butt

if his arse looks fine but he wont poop then fill the sink up with arm water just deep enough that its over its butt. mine always poop like crazy in warm bath water. The excersice is good too!

if your out tomorow pick this up at the pharmacy in the vitamin isle

its great for all the ducklings and has the niacin your looking for. you just put it in their water

oh and triple rinse the sink out so theirs no chance of soap or chemicals

Okay! I've seen that stuff! Wasn't sure if they could have it because it's flavoured.
How much do you think 5 ducklings would need of it?

I've now watched him do the backup thing and poop so maybe that's all his problem is haha.
