duckling walking on heels

One of my 4 week old ducklings is walking on her heels. I really did not think it was very significant, as when she walks, she almost looks the same as the other babies, but today when I picked her up, I see that she is actually developing calouses on her heels. She is a huge girl - the largest of my 3 female Saxonies.

Any ideas on ways to correct this? Anyone had this problem before?

I've searched my books, and tried google, but no luck on what to do. She is already pretty much confined - the little chicken tractor they are in is only about 4'x12'. She is walking on grass only. I really need to think of something to do - I'm concerned that with her huge size, she could end up with some real problems if I do not get this corrected.
