Duckling wandered in allotment, breed???

This duckling wandered in my allotment yesterday. I was wondering if anyone can identify the breed for me?

Need pic from the side with head and bill shot. I will say that it is late in the season for a duckling to be wondering around. Do you have ducks around you? Pond?

I have lots of animals down my allotment ie chickens and geese ect. There isn't a pond nearby. It really puzzling where it came from as none of the neighbouring allotments have any ducks
