Duckling white discharge vent

Hello all,
One of my ducklings, who is acting fine otherwise had yesterday and again today a slimy white discharge .
is this normal?
If not, what do I need to do to cure this?
It’s no poo...
When I pulled it from the ducking it was long white slime thing but it didn’t seem to be alive

Sorry for the weird and not so tasteful foto since I needed to grab him/her before it disappeared

edit: in between poos look normal, it happened both times at the end of the day.

@Miss Lydia do you know what it is? Can it be worms after all? The other duckling just pooped and it was in his/her poop too and part seemed to retract back in. is It normal “slime”? It does not look nice to me. But I have no clue. I would appreciate your answer big time

@Isaac 0 doesn't it look like a worm? It does to me but I don't have any experience in that. @casportpony what do you think?

thats exactly what I was thinking too. My dogs had that but I wasn't sure ducks could get it.

during the day they are.. I didn’t see it in their poop yet. But it happened twice now, after they poop there “dangles” something. They don’t seem to mind but it looks . will look closely to their poop tomorrow for sure

thats exactly what I was thinking too. My dogs had that but I wasn't sure ducks could get it.

and they are only 12 days of age... never saw them with my call ducks

12 days? I would be surprised it’s worms but I guess it’s possible.
