Duckling will not eat food only treat

I am new to owning ducklings and they were eating there food but now they only want treats and they won’t eat their food I give the food and water 24/7 and they will only drink water but not eat there duckling starter need help I have two rouens and two cayugas and they are about two weeks of age duckling starter and the food is not that old

I would follow Miss Lydia's advice and stop all treats.

Try to stop the treats and see if they will eat the feed, if they don't, slowly start to incorporate feed back into their diet, I would start them on some poultry vitamins for the next few days because I'm sure they are lacking vitamins given they were being fed treats so much.
