Duckling wings with blood?

Hi everyone, I noticed a few days ago that my 2 Pekin ducklings (planning to get more!) have blood or something on their wings? It's not really wet or anything, just red and looks like blood. Should I wait a few more days and see if it heals? I am also noticing some redness on their necks but it is not bloody. Could this be from growing new feathers or something else? Maybe the blood feathers coming in or they maybe pulling their blood feathers out of each other.How old are they because when they are losing their fluff it's easier to see their skin that maybe what your seeing on their necks. can you post some pics that will help alot.
