Duckling With a Deformed Beak

One of my call ducklings that's hatching had a deformed beak. The beak is crooked, the tongue is sticking out, and looks too small. It hasn't hatched yet, but what do I need to do to help it once it does?

I think it may have a cross-beak. It may eventually need help eating, but for now I would make sure that it is able to hatch on its own.

Can it cause any other problems? Or is eating/drinking the only problem?

I’ve heard it can cause other genetic issues, but eating would be what I would focus on. I have a chicken with a cross-beak. Has it finished hatching?

It has not, it will most likely finish hatching later today or some time tomorrow. Other than the beak it seems perfectly fine, it's made the same progress as the rest of the ducklings and is moving around.
