First off, this is COMPLETELY MY FAULT. I was holding him and got too comfortable, he ran up my shoulder and fell to the ground (last night).
His leg was spread out and I was sure that it was broken. I cant find anywhere that seems to be broken and he's lifting his leg under his body now. Currently, he can't walk (although he tries) and his foot is pretty swollen. He's eating, drinking, and chirping away. He's been separated and put into a laundry basket with food and water right next to him.
What I've done so far:
Made a hammock with holes for his legs so that he can keep the weight off it it. He hates it.
Given him electrolytes
Sprayed his foot and leg with Banixx and given him epson salt baths ( he wants to drink the water, so im thinking of holding him in a small bowl next time).
If anyone has any advice or information I would really appreciate it
