Wonderful that you were able to get the poultry dust and see the lice coming off him. I'd definitely repeat in 5-7 day intervals for another couple of weeks. Likely he has Nits (lice eggs) at the base of the feathers. Treatments do not kill the eggs since they are encased in a type of hard-shell material, so it's important to dust again to kill those that hatch after treatment.

That’s the plan hopefully I got the vast majority of them. I went heavy with it due to the infestation and so I’m hoping that any that hatched today die instantly due to him being coated in the dust still
