Duckling with a hurt leg

We have day old ducklings and one has a hurt leg, he keeps rolling over onto his back because he can't stand on one leg. Is there any hope?

Sadly he did not make it, he laid down and just died Is this common in new ducklings that some just don't make it?

It happened very fast. We just got home from picking them up, got them settled in their brooder and immediately noticed he was not doing well. This is my first time doing ducklings. The rest seem great so far!!

Did you get them in the mail? Sometimes transport can be rough on them.
