Duckling with a stumpy wing

I just noticed my three day old Welsh Harlequin has a normal wing and a stumpy wing. I'm afraid it's affecting her balance, when she runs to fast to or turns to itch her back she falls on her back and has trouble get back up.

I don't know if you can tell but the first photo is her normal wing, and the second is the smaller wing. Help! Please tell me what is wrong and what I can do.
