Duckling with bloody discharge

Hello- I just received my ducklings today which were hatched on Mon. They are active, eating, drinking like normal but one in the bunch has a bloody discharge although I haven’t ween which one it is. I called the hatchery and was told that one might not make it but no advice. Does anyone have any suggestions since I really don’t want my babies to die. Thank you!

Yes they are all eating, drinking and active

I suspect it's drinking lots of water and eating okay but just pooping more
